The Real Triathlon Squad was founded by Nicholas Chase, with the help of Jackson Laundry in 2020, as a way of helping his fellow professionals during the COVID pandemic. Adam Meredith joined RTS in 2022 with the unashamed goal of helping grow RTS into the worlds most successful triathlon team.

RTS is quickly expanding to support more endurance athletes at various levels through partnering with industry leading coaches and globally recognized organizations.
