Nicholas Chase
Founder & CEO
Nicholas discovered triathlon during his tenure with the United States Air Force. After earning his professional racing license in 2011, Nicholas called upon his Sports & Exercise Science academic background to become a premier endurance coach in order to improve both the lives and athletic ability of age group and professional triathletes alike. He founded RTS in 2020 with the goal of providing athletes with better access to knowledge and resources, while maximizing their potential both in triathlon and their personal lives.
Adam Meredith
Velocity Indoor Cycling Instructor
Adam is the Head of Growth and Development for RTS and also serves as an investor in and cycling coach for the Velocity Indoor Cycling app. He believes in the power and benefit of live cycling skill and physiological adaptation knowledge transfer for triathletes of all levels.
Dr. Trevor Tipton
Movement Specialist & Strength Coach
Dr. Trevor grew up in North Texas before joining the United States Army. After getting injured in the Army, his search for a way to live pain-free without medication led him to discover chiropractic medicine. Throughout his education and career, he has learned how to remedy pain through functional screens and rehab paired with chiropractic care. He understands the frustration that comes with pain and injury and is passionate about helping others overcome such limitations.
Shyanne McGregor
Endurance Coach & Pro Triathlete
Shyanne is a life-long athlete who found triathlon in 2018 and raced her first professional season in 2024. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is also certified in Run Gait Analysis, Injury Prevention, and Dry Needling, Shyanne brings a whole-body approach to coaching triathletes of all levels, from first-time Ironman finishers to 70.3 World Championships qualifiers.
Megan Foley
Registered Dietician & Pro Triathlete
Megan specializes in helping people reach their full potential, whether that be more energy day-to-day, better sports performance, or finding a better relationship with food. No one wants to suffer in a race due to poor nutrition, and she wants to help people have their best race (and life) experience possible. She specializes in supporting both athletes and their coaches.
Garrick Loewen
Endurance Coach & Pro Triathlete
Garrick became a professional triathlete in 2015 after trading in his hockey helmet for a cycling helmet. He thrives on building a tight-knit community of athletes to facilitate a sense of camaraderie in an otherwise isolating sport. He enjoys working with triathletes of all experience and ability levels.
Jonathan Ockert
Endurance Coach
Jonathan discovered triathlon in 2017 following successful collegiate club water polo and cycling careers. He enjoys working with long course (70.3 / 140.6), XTERRA, and draft-legal (ITU) & non-draft short course triathletes of all ability levels, guiding athletes from couch to Ironman as well as onto age group and overall podiums. He maintains active USAT Level I and Ironman Coaching Certifications.
